  Place the item in its original presentation box and wrap it securely in a padded envelope or shipping box, ensuring all diamond certificates and warranties are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assessment team verifies the condition of the jewelry, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
